Moab 2011

Last week we all headed down to Moab for a couple of days! (By we, I mean my immediate family and my dad's side of the family) It was my first time ever, and I loved it!! It was so nice to get away from everything for a couple of days just to relax, and spend some overdue time with the family.

Everyone but my parents and I headed down Tuesday. I had a final Wednesday morning, and my mom had a work meeting.  They were able to go swimming and do some shopping.  My parents and I left Wednesday afternoon, and got there pretty late.  We all went to dinner at an Italian place, and then hit the hot tub!

Thursday we spent the day at Arches National Park, and Dead Horse Point.  They are both amazing and gorgeous sites.  We were able to rent a jeep to drive through the park, and around town. It was so much fun!!

On Friday we just went shopping, and then started for home.  We stopped in Price, and Grandpa showed us where he was born and grew up.  It was so cool to see the house where he lived and grew up.  We stopped for dinner, and then made our way home.

It was such an amazing trip spent with the family!  I definitely will make my way back down there quite a bit.
